CineFix is at it again! I sure love their homemade movie remakes. This time, they’ve created the scene where Joker flips a semi truck in The Dark Knight. It’s a clever use of action figures with some help from live action costumes. Brilliant work!
Here’s the side-by-side comparison, along with a behind-the-scenes video.

Here’s a very sad, touching costume story. 5-year-old Brayden Denton recently lost his battle with cancer. Instead of a traditional funeral, the family held a superhero-themed funeral because Brayden loved superheroes so much. The pallbearers dressed up as his favorite superheroes, including his uncle, who dressed in a Thor costume.
You can read the full story on WPTV.com. So touching. What a unique use of costumes, it’s such a great way to honor that brave young boy.
It may have been an unconventional funeral, but Denton said that’s what Brayden would have wanted. Cory said even if Bradyen is not with him in the flesh, he will always be his number one movie buddy.
People seem to be having lots of fun with the recently released photo of Ben Affleck as Batman. Lots of creativy in these images below.
Some people have colored the costume to match some crazy costumes that Batman has worn in the past. Pink Batman? Rainbow Batman? Sure, I’m game.
These Sad Batman memes are great, too. He does look really sad, poor guy. I bet he’s thinking about Robin.

CW’s promotion of their new Flash TV show is running full speed ahead. Below are two videos that give us a nice look at Arrow spinoff.
CW first released this teaser, then they quickly followed up with an extended trailer. It’s heavy with crossover support from Oliver Queen himself, and I’m pleasantly surprised how good this looks. I will certainly be watching this fall!
Artist Benoit Lapray is an expert at creative retouching and artistic photography. He has a photos series of superheroes hanging out in the wilderness during their spare time. Cool idea!
Head on over to his gallery to view more photos of our favorite heroes enjoying nature, from both DC and Marvel.

By now you’ve probably seen the new image of Ben Affleck in the new Batman costume. Very Dark Knight-ish, and he looks a little sad. Poor Batman.
Over at ComicBookMovie, they’ve filtered the image so we get a nice look at the cowl, and texture of the suit. One fan even colored him blue, and it’s almost preferable. I guess we’ll have to wait for more photos with better lighting. Exciting stuff!
Great news for Power Rangers fans… Lionsgate has just announced a new deal to produce a new live action movie! There’s not a lot of details yet, but it sounds like they’re planning a wide release in theaters, and not something direct to video. Sounds great, I think the world is ready. If they do this right, it could be a big movie.
“We’re confident that we will capture the world of the Power Rangers and translate it into a unique and memorable motion picture phenomenon with a legacy all its own.”
Here’s a fun little clip by NosTeraFu T V, featuring Iron Man in real life! It’s basically a mix of public pranking, and special effects. Funny stuff.
