Ronald McDonald has been given a new outfit. Oh man, Grimace is going to be so jealous, especially since he doesn’t get any clothes at all.
McDonald’s is revamping good old Ronald as part of a new marketing strategy. He’s joining social media, and supposedly will travel the world to make it a better place.
The classic yellow jumpsuit is gone, replaced by cargo pants and a stylish yellow vest. For special occasions, Ronald will even wear this fancy red coat.
Here’s a look at the original outfit. Bye, bye, yellow jumpsuit. Now, can we please get a pair of pants for Grimace?

Wow, this sure doesn’t look like Katy Perry. But it’s her, indeed. This is a teaser for her upcoming music video, “Birthday,” which is released tomorrow (April 24).
Perry dresses up in several costumes, including an elderly burlesque dancer, a Jewish MC, a clown and a princess. Really great costumes and makeup!
Good old Conan O’Brien, he has such an awesome head of red hair. Or maybe it’s a toupee? I guess now we know his fashion secret, thanks to this parody of American Hustle. 🙂

Did you know that Jean-Claude Van Damme was originally cast as the Predator in the original Predator movie? I had no idea! He didn’t last long in the production, as he hated the rubber suit and the fact that he was basically just a stunt man.
Watch as he wears an ugly red suit. This was for scenes when the Predator was invisible. But I guess Van Damme didn’t realize what he was getting himself into. Very interesting!

Anna Kendricks did a great job as host on last night’s SNL. Here’s funny sketch full of Little Mermaid costumes. The villain Ursula agrees to grant a wish to Ariel in exchange for her voice. But things take a turn for the worse when Ariel sings like Britney Spears. 🙂

Gravity would have been a much different movie, if the producers had gone with this alternate scene. Ha, great editing! And it’s great to see Christopher Reeve in the classic Superman costume. The clip is from Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.

Kevin Bacon takes us back to the 80s with this recreation of the famous Footloose dance. The original movie just turned 30, and to celebrate, Mr. Bacon made this amazing entrance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
The red jacket still fits! And he still has the dance moves, though I think a body double was used in some of the scenes. 🙂

Dumb and Dumber To stars Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels respectively tweeted their famous tuxedos yesterday. Glad they’re coming back! The tuxedos serve as effective promotional posters for the sequel… simple yet memorable. Though I do wish the hats were hanging from the hooks as well.
Here’s the famous tuxedo scene from Dumb and Dumber. I wonder how these colorful suits will play into the new movie? Guess we’ll find out when the movie hits theaters on Nov. 14, 2014.
