Three Amigos 25-Year Reunion

Martin Short, Steve Martin and Chevy Chase reunite to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of “The Three Amigos.” They do a fancy photo shoot in the new issue of Empire Magazine.

Wow, 25 years. These guys look great, how fun. Maybe this attention will renew a desire for a sequel? That could be so funny!

Here’s some Three Amigos cosplay for good measure.

Wherever there is injustice, you will find us.
Wherever there is suffering, we’ll be there.
Wherever liberty is threatened, you will find…
The Three Amigos!

We love the movie so much, we recreated scenes at different establishments in Tucson, AZ.
Here is one at the bar drinking something that tastes just like beer.

Don’t expect Hollywood to have anything to do with a sequel unless the actors are under 30. I personally wish Hollywood would go bankrupt. Sick and tired of what they have done to the movie business. On a better note. Technology is now in the hands of the people. Therefore, it would be simple to use SLR cameras, a great director who doesn’t thrive on reputation, and a whole lot of support from fans to make Three Amigos 2! You don’t need a million dollars to make a million dollar movie.

The great actors of our time are a lot older. But they are still great. And who says they have to act young! Imagine what might have happened to the Amigos since the last “episode”. Years later. They are older. What might they be doing? It’s a no brainer that a sequel would our window to their world once again. All great movies have a cult following. So there would be no shortage of fans. And because Hollywood would NOT be involved, there would be no worrying that the movie didn’t bring in 10 Zillion dollars.

Fire Hollywood. Hire the REAL directors who are still fans of great movies. Not like the spoiled rotten Follywood directors who only care about egos and dollar signs.

And just in case someone is wondering. What about money to pay the actors? Would Chase want 10 million to do the movie? I have no idea. But I do know there are a lot of rich people in this world who would pitch in for the sake of sending mainstream entertainment into a new direction. In other words, the path it USED to be on to begin with until the mafia suit and ties took over. We really do need a new direction. Corporations ruin everything they touch!!
