There have been a few occasions when my costumes required a ragged, bleeding gash across my neck. Not being a professional makeup artist, I was actually surprised at how my handiwork turned out. Of course, it was dark…so maybe that’s why it passed as makeup art, of sorts.
Drawing bloody neck gashes is messy work, takes time and requires clean up.
But now, one Etsy artist makes bleeding as simple as strapping on one of these clever little Blood Chokers to look instantly slashed and oozing.
Blood Chokers, crafted from durable vinyl, come in a few different styles, including the toxic green zombie variety (hey, I wonder if it glows in the dark?), and range in price from $4.00 to $16.00.
